All Showroom and Online sales are final. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us with a request for an exchange or store credit and we will review the order and send back a solution ASAP.
As a small operating business, COVID-19 shipping delays may happen and plant pre-order purchases may take up to 3 weeks to ship out, as we want your plant baby to arrive as safely as possible.
We do our best to ship out plants every Monday when possible to avoid weekend delays as well.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days with proof for your claim. Please include your name, order number + reason for return request.
Note: Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
