Returns + Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your Feng Sway online purchase. If your order is not quite right, our team is here to assist you.

All Feng Sway full priced products can be returned for either a size exchange or store credit.

Please note, we do not provide refunds for returned items. 

If you would like to return a Feng Sway purchase, please follow these steps.

1. Email us within 7 days of your order being delivered.

Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading.

Tell us the item that you would like to return and why.

Tell us if you would like a different size of the same style or a credit note.  Size exchanges are subject to availability.  We will try to help you to get the size that you request, but if unavailable, credit notes will be issued.

Additional shipping costs may apply to multiple returns/exchanges on the same order.

2. Receive your return information.

Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your returns request. We will provide you with a pre filled returns form and instructions on where to send your Feng Sway treasure.

Returns must be received within 2 weeks of return approval. 

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect.

We can accept returns in our Brooklyn Showroom.

Returned items must be neatly packaged, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition.

3. Return finalized.

Once your return is received and checked by us, your exchange or credit note will be issued as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 days after your return has been delivered for your replacement or store credit to be processed.
